TRIAS HEALTHCARE keeps the uptime time of the equipments at the top level with its professional engineers who were worked at manufacturer company "Siemens Healthcare" more than 10 years and have all TRAINING CERTIFICATES. In addition to field support, TRIAS HEALTHCARE technical team can remotely access the stystems and intervene in emergency situations.

CONTRACT TYPES

As TRIAS HEALTHCARE, we make periodical maintenance-repair agreements for radiology systems. Service agreements are made in three groups including Parts, Excluding Parts and Limited Intervention Engineering Services.

Parts Included: All spare parts under the scope of the agreement (including all parts or exceptional some of spare parts)

Labour Only: Only includes engineering services.

Limited Intervention: In this scope, we provide a minimum of 4 interventional engineering services requested by the customer.

ONCALL SERVICEs

As TRIAS HEALTHCARE, we can also provide one-time service. With this service, malfunction intervention, one-time maintenance service and device installation are done.
